Creative visualization is a powerful technique used
by many to accomplish goals and create success. This technique primarily
draws upon the mind's creative processes, using thoughts and images to
develop a blueprint for physical events and experiences to follow. Your mind has been using this creative process all
along to help create your past and present, your positive and negative
experiences. By learning how your mind does this, you can guide it to help
you create whatever your heart desires.
I have taught The
Art of Creative Visualization to many through my six-week, on-site
course. To make this popular and powerful course available to everyone--no
matter where you live or what your schedule--I have written this
self-teaching workbook full of the same information, insights, anecdotes,
and exercises that are a part of the course.
Written in a personal,
easy-to-follow style, this workbook will teach you
-
how and why creative visualization works;
-
the five basic steps of the creative
visualization process, from setting a goal to receiving it;
-
how to most effectively visualize a goal;
-
techniques for discovering blockages and barriers
which may stand between you and your goal;
-
the real value of affirmations and how to use
them to make your visualizations more powerful; and
-
how to receive spiritual guidance toward
achieving your goal by using insights and intuition.
The course workbook is 87 pages in length. It is
organized into ten lesson units to guide you step-by-step through the
learning process. To give you practical experience with the material and
reinforce learning,
the units contain a variety of activities, including eight written
exercises.
At the end of the workbook, there is a self-assessment
exercise designed to help you determine your strengths and weaknesses
with the process. (Areas of weakness can be improved with additional
attention and practice!) Copies of the written exercises are included in an appendix and can be reproduced for use with
any number of goal projects.
In December of 2007 I had sold nearly
all copies of this book. Instead of reprinting, I decided to make it
available to everyone who is interested in learning this technique.
All you need is a computer. You may print a copy for yourself, if
you wish, but please remember that I hold the copyright and
duplication for resale is strictly prohibited.
